The month after the finalists were announced, a video game had won the Hugo award for the first time. The Gizmodo Hades Supergiant Games report has won a award once for the best video games, defeating people such as the intersection of animals and the last of us: Part II (among others). Greg Kasavin’s creative director gave a virtual acceptance speech that he was “grateful” the organizers admitted work in the game industry.

Hades has been available since September 2020, shortly before the Hugo Awards revealed the plan for the game category in November of that year. It came to the Playstation and Xbox Consoles this August. The title generally has received a warm welcome through a fast-paced roguelike gameplay, a solid and mechanical narrative element that gives playthrough rotary award.

Do other games receive awards or not other problems. There are no plans for the permanent game category. However, Hugo Awards have developed for years to consider digital content such as podcasts and video streaming. It will not be surprising if the match finally has a long-term bed, if only because of the fantasy and sci-fi storyline increasingly sophisticated.
