Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong met with manager Xavi Hernández on Sunday at Las Vegas to discuss the future of players at the club, according to reports from Diario as.
The report, quoting sources in the dressing room, claims that Xavi clarifies the situation from his perspective and club: Frenkie is a very preferred player and will be welcomed to remain next season, but he with a very high wage and must make an effort to receive salary reduction for helps the club’s finances.
